Group Classes

Personal Trainings

We offer both personal training that incorporates strength training and private sessions for reformer pilates in our studios. This combination allows clients to build muscle strength while improving flexibility and core stability. With personalised guidance, each session is tailored to meet individual goals, ensuring optimal progress and results.

Sports Massage

Sports massage is a specialised therapy designed to enhance athletic performance and recovery. It helps relieve muscle tension, improve flexibility, and reduce the risk of injury. This is a prerequisite class before you attend any other reformer classes in our studio - regardless of your experience in other studios.

 

Join us for our foundational reformer pilates class, designed to introduce you to the reformer machine while teaching essential movements. In this class, you will become familiar with the reformer machine and learn the fundamentals of pilates in a supportive environment. Our experienced instructors will guide you through basic exercises, ensuring you build a strong foundation for your practice. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this class is the perfect starting point for your pilates journey!

Welcome to our Nourish class, thoughtfully designed to be prenatal- and postnatal-friendly. In this safe space, you’ll learn the fundamentals of pilates while focusing on safe and effective movements tailored to your unique journey. Our experienced instructors will guide you through gentle exercises that strengthen your core, improve flexibility and promote relaxation. This class is also suitable for any woman who prefers a gentle start to her reformer pilates journey.

Align is our beginner-friendly class, where we prioritise alignment and balance to help you build a strong foundation. Each session is thoughtfully structured to incorporate progressive overload, ensuring you gradually challenge yourself every week while mastering the equipment. Each of our instructors' programs changes monthly, keeping the experience fresh and engaging, and each instructor brings their unique signature style, adding just the right level of spice to your practice. We recommend trying out different instructors to see which style suits you best.

Get ready to elevate your heart rate and challenge your body in this dynamic circuit training class using the reformer machine! With heart-pumping music setting the stage, you'll engage in 10 different exercises designed to push your limits and keep you in the cardio zone. Each exercise will be performed for a set time, allowing you to power through 3 invigorating rounds. To wrap up the class, you'll cool down with a rejuvenating stretch series that will leave you feeling refreshed and accomplished. Circuit Training Classes

BoxFit Classes
